RENOVATION OF A FLAT IN PALMA DE MALLORCA
Here we show a nice example of one of our renovation projects in Palma de Mallorca. The flat, located near the old town of Palma, was in a very bad condition, so all the bathrooms and kitchen equipment were removed, floor coverings were removed, windows were renewed, walls were removed to make an ideal distribution of the space with maximum use.
The flat was built in a typical old style like many in the city of Palma de Mallorca, with many small rooms and corridors and not much light.
Firstly, the wall to the hallway was removed and then the kitchen was opened up. This flooded the flat with much more light. The windows were also enlarged and extended. A large window front facing south towards the terrace gave the flat a completely new look and made it appear even brighter.
Electrical wiring was completely relaid. Air conditioning was installed, as it can get very hot in the city of Palma de Mallorca in summer. This ensures comfortable living.
BATHROOM RENOVATION (FLAT PALMA DE MALLORCA)
The old bathtub was converted into a modern shower and the old toilet into a space-saving modern version. The bathroom now has much more space and is in top modern condition. Thanks to the glass wall, the shower doesn’t seem to take up any space at all. The sliding door at the entrance to the bathroom also creates an open impression and does not take up any space.
LIVING ROOM RENOVATION (FLAT PALMA DE MALLORCA)
By removing the hallway and the wall to the kitchen, the living room has a completely new character. It is spacious and feels twice as big as before the renovation. The light-coloured modern floor makes everything look even bigger, with high-quality, large tiles that are hard-wearing and easy to clean.
You can now access the spacious terrace directly from the kitchen and living room.
BEDROOM RENOVATION (FLAT PALMA DE MALLORCA)
The bedroom looked very small due to the brightly coloured walls, the dark floor and the old windows.
After the renovation with light colours, a new floor and a high-quality wooden wardrobe, it now looks modern and has plenty of storage space. The same tiles were also used here, which also extend across the terrace, creating a uniform look.
